Silk Osmanthus Oatmeal
Oats, soybean powder, almond flour, oat flour, cane sugar, osmanthus.
Do not cook in or cover with plastic.
Empty contents into glass or ceramic bowl.
Add 1/2 cup of cold water.
Cook for 60-75 seconds in microwave.
Caution: contents may be hot after preparation!
Hot water directions:
Empty contents into bowl.
Add 1/3 cup of boiling water.
Let steep for 3-4 min.
Overnight oats directions:
Add powder and 1/2 cup of water or milk of your choice to a bowl or a bottle.
Stir together until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
