Gluten free rolled oats*, black sesame seeds, coconut sugar, stevia, black soybean, almond flour,
hemp seeds*, flax seeds, chopped walnut, chia seeds*. *Organic

Do not cook in or cover with plastic.
Empty contents into glass or ceramic bowl.
Add 1/2 cup of cold water.
Cook for 90 seconds in microwave.
Let cool for 3-4 minutes.
Caution: contents may be hot after preparation!
Hot water directions:
Empty contents into bowl.
Add 1/3 cup of boiling water.
Stir well and replace lid.
Let steep for 3-4 min.
Overnight oats directions.
Remove lid, add 1/3 cup water or liquid of choice. Replace lid.
Stir together until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
