Original Black Sesame Oatmeal (Less than 10 left!)
Black sesame seeds, black soybean powder, almond flour, oat flour, cane sugar, stevia, guar gum.

(Times may vary)
Do not cook in or cover with plastic.
Empty contents into glass or ceramic bowl.
Add 1/2 cup of cold water.
Cook for 90 seconds in microwave.
Let cool for 3-4 minutes.
Caution: contents may be hot after preparation!
Hot water directions:
Empty contents into bowl.
Add 1/3 cup of boiling water.
Stir well and replace lid.
Let steep for 3-4 min.
Overnight oats directions.
Remove lid, add 1/3 cup water or liquid of choice. Replace lid.
Stir together until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
