

I don’t know about you, but ever since I started working from home, I’ve found myself snacking a lot more often. Stressing about a due date? Grab a handful of chips. Struggling with how to phrase an email? Those supermarket muffins are looking pretty good.
Last week, I finally couldn’t take it anymore. I needed something satisfying and delicious that I could nibble on throughout the day without feeling icky. Enter: glow bites. These little balls of goodness pack a flavorful punch without being too sweet, and have all the skin friendly detox benefits of Crave Natural’s Glow Oats. It’s the easiest recipe ever and makes enough pieces to last a couple days.
Ingredients:
(Makes 8 bites)
1 serving – Crave Natural Glow Oats
¼ cup – rolled oats
¼ cup – your favorite nut butter
1 tbsp – honey
1 tsp – pomegranate molasses
1/8 tsp – salt
- Note: you don’t need to put in extra salt if your nut butter has salt added.
Instructions:
- First, simply combine all of the ingredients together in a bowl with a spoon or your hands until all of the dry ingredients are moist, and the mixture is able to stick together in one big clump. If you have trouble sticking everything together, add a little more nut butter.
- Place the mixture in the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour.
- Roll chunks of the mixture into teaspoon-sized balls with your hands and enjoy! The glow bites will stay good for about 1 week in the refrigerator.
